    The Role:

    We are currently recruiting a Senior Business Development Manager to support our continued growth in line with our Strategic Development Plans.

    Your territory will cover London and the South of England with responsibility for generating new refurbishment projects relating to façade, building envelope and industrial and commercial roofing projects, licensed asbestos removal & fit-out projects.

    Part of your role will be to use your experience to develop a high-motivated team of Business Development Managers to fulfil our ambitious growth plans across London and the south.

    • Excellent people and relationship-building skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate both written and verbally at all levels - site personnel, client and board level.

    We currently have a vacancy for a Project Manager based on site on a new rainscreen project we have secured in the London Area.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Must have previous experience working as a Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO) or Resident Liaison Officer (RLO)
    • Liaise between the client, the tenant, and Starfish Construction staff in order to provide a first-class service.
    • Support customers, particularly any vulnerable customers, to make sure that needs or concerns are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

    The role will include supporting the asbestos removal division by ensuring that company systems, procedures, and legislative requirements are implemented. The successful candidates will also assist in helping the company become recognised as a leading supplier of asbestos removal and abatement services.

    KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

    As an Asbestos Supervisor for Starfish Environmental & Asbestos Services Ltd, we expect you to carry out expert and safe removal of Licensed & Non-Licenced Asbestos Containing Materials in strict accordance with the company safety and removal systems and procedures whilst maintaining and working in line with legislative requirements and best practice.

    You will also be required to:

    • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in removing asbestos
    • Assist workers in removal activities
    • Complete and maintain project records
    • Monitor and inspect quality of work during projects
    • Carry out reviews of job specifications
    • Inspections of work sites and conferring with the SHEQ Manager and Contract Managers
