Principal Designer Under the Building Safety Act
On higher-risk and complex remediation projects, the design decisions made early determine programme, cost and regulatory approval. As Principal Designer, Starfish Construction plans, manages, and coordinates design work to support compliance with the Building Regulations and helps duty holders demonstrate compliance, including the information required for Building Safety Regulator gateway submissions.
Because our design, surveying and delivery teams work as one accountable team, design intent carries through to site. We support clients from the earliest stage through our Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA).
