At the core of our success and growth are talented, knowledgeable and experienced people, and we're continually growing our team. As we develop our team, we're also increasing the service solutions for our clients, adding new divisions to complement our operations. Recently, this included our Starfish Environmental and Asbestos Services (SEAS) and our latest new division, our in-house scaffolding. We are thrilled to announce a dynamic transformation to our management team to support our growth. This strategic move comes in response to the unprecedented success the company has achieved across its integrated divisions, indicating an exciting future for our company, employees and, of course, our clients.

Planning for Success
Our last financial year accounts reflected the trust placed in us by our client base, and this trust is fuelling new opportunities. As part of our Annual Strategic Review and Plan, I envision, with our current order book and continuing client conversations, not to mention new enquiry levels, we'll increase our turnover to exceed £40 million within the next five years. Fuelled by a commitment to excellence in customer service and project delivery, we've managed to grow opportunities within our traditional Roofing, Cladding, and Internal Fit-outs markets. We continually excel within these service areas and grow that part of our business year-on-year. Growth will accelerate further due to awareness of our expertise and evidence of our successful projects.
Additionally we are experiencing exponential company growth within our building façade design and installation division.
Over the past six years, we've developed extensive people experience within the company and delivered substantial and successful façades works, actively engaging with significant property development companies in the UK Construction Sector and collaborating on a long-term program of fire remediation projects.
The newly appointed management team represents a wealth of talent and experience, ready to lead Starfish Construction into the following stages of our journey.
